Not sure if it was 4193, but it looked like one of the evening rush hour locomotives crapped out at some point last night, as I saw an F40 pulling a Geep.

I was on a train last Friday with, I believe, 4908 pulling an NJT geep and 7 cars. Not sure if it is the same thing you saw.
I think it may be possible that NJ Transit might not be the perfect, infallible organization that most people assume it is.

The 4912 is in testing with the 4104 in tow. It's been that way for a few days now. Also, the 4193 is still on the property (and pulled my train the other night). The 4194 got sent out.

On Sunday evening (1/1/12) I believe I saw 4193 pulling a Geep and consist into the Meadowlands Station.

4193 is pushing 82 to Hoboken as we speak.

I doubt it, especially considering that it could only be days until it is renumbered 4909 and shipped to Kentucky. Probably was replaced by this set or another set

4914 + 4104 were on 73 and 4908 was on 75 today.
