would like to transfer

I currently work for BNSF as a conductor. I see that NS has alot of job postings. I was wondering if the boards are spinning good. What I could expect to make my first year. Are there any places that are on furlough. And would I have to go through the training again even though I am already working as a conductor. thanks for any help

Expect to go through same training as a new hire. They like to start from "scratch" with anyone hiring on, even hoggers!
