Is anyone here familiar with the history (opening/closing dates, etc.) regarding the Western Maryland's TOFC facility at Hagerstown, Maryland?

I recently found out that in beginning in 1981, TOFC Caterpillar tractor parts movements were routed NW-Connersville, PA-WM from East Peoria, IL to Hagerstown, MD. The parts were then trucked to Caterpillar's York, PA distribution center. Parts made at York may have been backhauled to East Peoria in otherwise empty trailers. As many as 2 to 10 trailers per day were involved. I'm most curious about the ramp's closure as I don't believe it is still in operation.

I remember NS trains leaving/arriving East Peoria, IL with some TOFC traffic as recently as the mid-1990's, though from about 1987, when WM was merged into CSX, this would have been a joint NS-CSX movement (if this traffic hadn't been diverted to highway by that date).

Thanks in advance,
