About Mount Vernon West... it really isn't even in Mount Vernon! That slice of land is in Yonkers territory... but most people consider anything east of the BRP Mount Vernon.

About Mt Vernon West the town line shows in middle of Bronx river. and station is in west MT Vernon.

Southeast IS in the southeastern portion of Putnam County.
