When is the best time to catch action at Beacon Park?

Monday through Friday the morning switcher reports @ 630am.....starts moving around at about 700/730. Afternoon job starts at 230pm and usually busy starting around 300 to 500/530. Q115 usuall departs Beacon around 645/700 and Q117 usually departs around 745/800.
