What is a "Road Foreman of Engines"?

In fairness to the Road Foremen, they aren't all inexperienced. That can be more attributed to Transportation Supervisors because there are so many more of them. Not really to the Road Foremen.

I woulde'nt want an inexperianced road foreman, thats not such a safe mixture.

its already trouble some with inexperianced personell in management.

don't you's all love it when you been on the job for many years and then you get this new 24 year old superviser that thinks he/she knows it all because they were hired on as a superviser or manager, and they tell you whom have the experiance on the job and can run circles around them that; you are wrong?

this makes me sick. but its todays way of doing business.
