What did you see today?

Today I went railfanning in Philadelphia at CP Belmont. I saw 2 NS trains; 68 and 69J (loaded and empty slab trains to Philly). 69J came first with a conrail SD60I and an NS 8-40C. Shortly thereafter 69J came with NS primer Dash-9 and 2 BNSF Dash-9s. What do you see on a day to day basis over NS.

Up here west of Binghamton on the Tier, we have NS 167? that runs out west to Chicago nightly. We also have a few others, which the numbers of which, i don't know of at this time. There is usually a few Dash 9's switching the yard.

Well on the BNSF we're getting a lot NS units so I saw a few.

Today I saw train 66K bringing a load of stone from Pennsylvania into South Jersey behind high short hood GP50 #7086 and SOO SD60 #6032.

Last Saturday on the former Reading Company Harrisburg line in Lebanon, PA, I saw a pair of C40-9W's in primer and a quartet of CP SD40-2's.

Saw NS 9958 still in primer sandwiched between two CN locomotives (SD40Q and cowl Dash 8) today.

We also get on the BNSF MNSIGAL which has some odd NS or BNSF power.

I manged to photograph two blue SD60Is and a primered Dash 9 that was built in October.
