I believe that track is narrow gauge for work equipment. The only place track was ever laid was right at the Westville divergence which was used as a while for car storage. I'd walk it with my father in the 60s. It was loaded with sassafras roots which we'd chew on. I preferred the smell to the taste. It was started early in the 20th century but the project was halted after WW1 as trucks and buses were starting to take over the PRR's business.
