Here is VRE's Holiday Schedule, which has just been published via TrainTalk email:
• Thursday, Nov. 25th - Thanksgiving Day, no VRE Service.
• Friday, Nov. 26th - Day after Thanksgiving, “S” schedule (only the trains marked with an "S" will run).
• Monday, Nov. 29th - Santa Train Tickets tickets will go on sale 9am (http://www.vre.org/seasonal/santa-trains.html).
• Wednesday, Dec. 8th – Leave a toy on the train for the Marine Corps’ Toys for Tots event, morning trains only.
• Saturday, Dec. 11th - Operation Lifesaver's Santa Trains!
• Friday, Dec. 24th - Christmas Day Observed, no VRE service.
• Friday, Dec. 31st - New Years Eve Observed, no VRE service.
