The first five cars will arrive in the Broad Run yard on December 14th. They will be service tested during the week of December 17th and hopefully in service by the end of the week.
VRE will receive five railcars each month through October 2008 for a grand total of 55 new rail cars.
The leased Bombardier cars will be returned to Seattle in Feb or March 2008.
