UK GreatWestern Hitachi trains to be built in Italy

Maybe it's just me, but if I were a passenger in Great Western's catchment I'd be a bit concerned that given AnsaldoBreda's record, that their former plant in Pistoia will be making "Hitachi" trains. Hope that the Quality Assurance team isn't carrying over from the purchase.

Will the trains be delivered before the overhead electrics are ready? There are reports that the trains are arriving and having to be stored until the wires are up - which are proving to be later than planned.
