Trainmaster contacts

My company ships large precast concrete products throughout the US. We need to locate an acceptable siding prior to getting clearance and shipping quote from the Railroad. We have found that the best way to accomplish this is to talk with the Trainmaster at the delivery point. How do we find contact information for the Trainmaster at our destination? Thanks.

Probably the same way you did in the past, customer service with the railroads should be the ones who helps you out with any problems. They would be the ones who could give you the phone numbers.
