Train control/dispatching on América Latina Logística

What type of train control/dispatching is used Brazil's América Latina Logística? I have view photos and video recently taken in the cabs of the several ALL locos and it appears they have an extra screen in front of the window. While the video and photos often have reflections mixing with the displays at times it appears like this might be an interface to dispatching?

Anyone know much about this line?

What is the may most lines in this county are dispatched? Do they still use a form of timetables and trainorders? (not talking high frequency passenger routes, just the freight lines.)
