i was looking at a map of mercer county and i notice that ther are railroad tracks along the delaware river. are these tracks still ther? are they still being used? and so, could passenger service be done on the line?

Sounds like the former PRR Bel-Del. Since it's a rail trail between West Trenton and Lambertville, answer right now to all questions is no.

However the track is still usable from Lambertville then east to Flemington where the Black River and Western Railroad runs from Ringos and back.
