23 y/o male struck by a M-3 just south of Hartsdale Station on the Harlem Line at about 0755hrs this AM. Train originated in Southeast and was due at GCT at 0824hrs. Passengers de-boarded onto another "rescue" train that was pulled up alongside the affected train and planked.
A large amount of frustrated commuters at Hartsdale and other stations claiming poor communication and coordination by the railroad.
