I say 'Farms' as it appears a number of different companies are involved in these projects.
Anyway, I notice more turbines under construction, it appears alot of components continuing to be staged at the former Dresser Rand plant in Dansville.
I presume these continue being brought in by rail?
New turbines I can see from the 390 are under construction are south of Cohocton about 20 miles or so south of Dansville. Wonder why they don't rail them directly up to Cohocton on the B and H?
Would save a-lot of trucking .
I suppose good reasons but curious what considerations were made in those decisions.
