When rebuilding a Locomotive Diesel Engine (Standard Repair) how long does NS load there units to break in the new PA's at Roanoke and Juniata. On EMD units, what type of PA's are you using? Could you be having any Oil Out the Stack Issues. I ask these ?'s because I have a tremendous amount of respect for your mechanical department.
