Read that Greenbrier settled with ST on Sept. 25, without a receiver, just before going into US District Court. ST agreed to a judgment against them. They will pay Greenbrier all sums due since the first judgement against them to July 31st, with all interest and costs. Greenbrier was issued a writ of attachment against Pan Am properties totalling just over $1 million. (US District Court website 08-cv-10362).
