The Johns Manville insulation plant in Penbryn stopped producing insulation years ago and was shuttered to just a skeleton crew. Now it seems jobs have returned and production will resume. Two covered hoppers were dropped there a few days before this move, but before that, the plant hasn't seen any kind of rail service in several years.

NS 5311 on the rear of WPCA51 as they head south through the Williamstown Junction remnants. Even the long siding has recently been removed between New Freedom and New Brooklyn Roads. 5311 has PTC, as evidenced by the bulky equipment on the cab roof. A forward facing camera has also been installed.
