Anyone here know anything about an 0-4-0T locomotive located somewhere in Oregon, possibly being restored?

It is an Alco (Cooke) built in 1917 with a saddle tank across the boiler. It was owned by the Army, Greenville Sand and Gravel Company, and Sierra Railroad (formerly Yolo Short Line, in that order. I was informed by the previous owners that it was sold to someone in Oregon for restoration in 2000. The owners have no record of exactly who purchased it.

31 inch drivers
160 lb operating pressure
weighs about 26 tons
# 1 on boiler plate

This might be an engine that was fixed up & steamed about 15 years ago out in the far reaches of SE Portland. I clipped a newspaper article on it. About 4 years ago, I came across the same engine sitting near a road that ran N-S near the Hillsboro, OR airport. It had a big phony cow-catcher, and appeared to be displayed at the proerty which had a house or farm. I asked some of the 4449 folks at the Brooklyn Roundhouse once, but nobody knew anything about it.
