I just overheard this last night. The "All That Jazz Antique Mall" at 1221 Empire Blvd. in Rochester is closing. The person said that on the 2nd floor there is a vendor that specializes in Plat maps and railroad maps. Looks like the sale is 50% off. This is located at the dip in Empire by Irondequoit Bay and hopefully is not underwater yet. The sale ends the last day of May.
