Just went up on the red line this past Saturday, and seen that all of the red line sings in the north side, that had the A/B sings had been replaced with the current gray, and red color block sings(execpt wilson, and howard).

So skip stop service may not happen, at all.

Lets also remember the number of people who were confused this past summer as to what the Pink Line was, where it went, and why Douglas Branch Blues weren't running during off-peak hours, despite the all of the information that appeared online, through the CTA, and through the media. Assuming that people would be able to grasp the concept of the skip-stop, have the patience to wait for the right train to show up while others pass by, and then actually board said train is giving them way too much credit.

The skip stop system worked fine for around 45 years, and that was without dumbing up the routes with color names. People looked at the maps and/or signs, figured out where they wanted to go and went.
