Rail line adjacent to the "State Hotel".

The other night I got of the Turnpike at the wrong exit, and on my way back to route 1 and 9 I drove past the East Jersey Big House. I believe the street I rode was Rahway Avenue, and it definitely was the same road DMV is on, right next to the joint.

I noticed a crossbuck crossing just beside the Shackled Arms Hotel. The track looks well-maintained. Who's is it?
