This is the weekend that R33 #9327 and R22 #37371 are being moved to The Seashore Torlley Museum. Curator B.Pollman is doing it in two moves move 1 on the 6/9/05 the trucks then the cars on 6/11/05. If any one gets photos please post thanks Stevie

As you many know, 9327 is the last 7 (Corona) 2000 Subway Series Car. The other 10 cars (R36 WFs) have been scrapped/reefed by now.

UPDATE: The cars will be moved with in the next day or two from 207th st yards for all who are intrested. The R32 will be saved in the Subway Series 2000 Scheme. Bill does not know what shceme he wanst to paint 37371.

7371 should get the original kale green as delivered in 1958.

UPDATE: The c ars are at the museum on the railroad c ouppled together and have taken power with a 600 vdc bug. Photos unavailable no dital c amera

What a sight, what a sound, awesome :) and I'm not even a NY fan,LOL.

It was a nice sight to see the two new arrivals hooked to 1440 & 800. It rolled down the Highwood lead to Tower C and oh man it took up that entire track...what a sight...dam I had to camera, LOL. It was fun to see that four car train move.

Sorry Ive been O/L for a while. But here is an UPDATE as of 2 weeks ago 9327 & 7371 went on their maiden voyage. They were great they were also the high light to the Boston Trolley Meet visiting there. Any further questions please feel free to ask.
