One of my favorite rides is going to Coney Island on one line, going to Nathan's, and then coming back on another. I have noticed on the Sea Beach Line between the New Utrecht Ave and 18 Ave on the Manhattan bound side there is an open area that seems to have been an industrial siding going up to a factory. Is this the case, and does anybody know anything about this, or is there another explanation? Would this have been switched by the South Brooklyn RR? Thanks for any insight.
