Q353 Derailment Photo in Pittsburgh

Hey guys, I stopped by the Q353 derailment in Homestead, just east of Pittsburgh last night and came away with this photo showing the 15 car derailment, with one coke car completely fallen over and coke spilling out of both the top and bottom.

Was this on a branch line? Looks fairly slow speed to me. Good thing the contents was coke, and not some really bad stuff!
