PRR or B&O Joint Facilities book? For NY State?

Can you please be more specific? Are these railroad documents you are looking for?

Yes. I figured if you had one, you'd know what it was.

They were put out by the railroad to cover the switching of customers where more than one railroad had trackage into that customer. So in this case, the B&O and PRR would have had track into a common customer and the joint facilities book would have said how the trackage was divided up and how it was used.
