power car 2025

Why happended to power car 2025? There was a big white thing on the top right of the loco covering the 25 in 2025. I couldnt tell if the paint had been chizzled away or white paint was dropped on it. It was going too fast to get a clear view

Looks like someone paint bombed the train, one other car is running around with a high voltage burn on west car over firemans side windshield.
