SBRR BL-2 54

Was there a significant problem discovered with 4216 or just pushed back so they could work on 54?

I'd guess just temporarilary put on the back burner, so they could get 54 done.

Yet they seem to be taking their time on 489...

I can confirm that the BL-2 is in the engine shed. I saw it today (05/06/2010) for the first time. I was completely taken aback by seeing it there!

It's been in the shop since it got here. It has not moved much at all. It's been there for a while so it must be done soon.
