Of the 65 SD40's the Pennsylvania Railroad purchased how many still exist? Is there an online list of the remaing PRR SD40's?

Bob Waller's Conrail Cyclopedia provides a pretty good list... including notes on dispositions for PRR 6040 to 6104. Looks like alot were rebuilt, and many are Helm rent-a-wrecks.

I photographed one of them on Dec 12 in Camden, NJ, on the CSAO (former PRR) Pavonia Yard, Camden, NJ.

Helm Leasing SD40-3 #6065 was built as PRR #6061 in Feb 1966, according to one of the lists that I found earlier.
