Last evening during my nightly slide scanning ritual, I couldn't help but notice that when #5212 showed up in Chicago 10 days after Conrail, the "nameplate" was gone...sorta reminded me of gazing at the bare wall after someone steals the priceless painting:

Especially considering the fact that neither of the "unique" C430s survived, I would hope that at least the "nameplates" did and they are not sitting in the attic of some disgruntled former Reading Company employee or worse yet sold to the highest bidder on eBay but instead have been donated to the RCT&HS. Anyone know where both sets are?
