0215-0420/07-09-2023 started at the start with hash on the channel for San-Vel ops, something that would be repeated a few more times. Boston West contributed to the hash at 0223, and 2 later, CSX Boston Sub started a number of hashes.
At 0247, The 333 WLs were dark, and 1 later D-3 answered FI-2, rogering what they said. The 334s and 335s were also dark. At 0257, D-2 answered M426 (six) and then garbled, but there will be more. That was also the same time that a breaking D-3 gave 264 their yarding instruction, more -- again -- to follow.
OT -- The Timpany Boulevard rotary message board advised that the ramp to Rte. 2 WB would be closed 0500-1100 on both 06-10 and 06-11. Also OT -- It was good to see a moon that didn't look like it was made outta Cheez Whiz.
The 345s were at Stop, EDWhatever with KCIR 7595 and NewBlues7542 and 516 stopped on 2 across from the old platform. There were boxes, a solo slurry, more boxes, and then W of the ambulance company MT centerbeams and a string of slurries. The view was pretty well blocked by the boxes, but the Extension and 1 had occupants.
EB at 0311. prolonged D-2 hash started, "BY" and "power" being clear. At 0314, D-2 again answered M426 and, after whatever they said, called LA-2, asking them to give the C a ride cuz they had a long train.
At 0320, the 333 WLs were dark, and the EB staggers for 330 would be at Approach in a few, all else dark up to and including the FGs.
At 0338, dark and W-facing NewBlue 5963 sat W of dark and E-facing KCIR 5972 plus however many dark cars at the FI-1/2 parking spot, possible covered hoppers to the S.
NSs 6953, ????, and 8081 sat on 2 just W on the North Leominster platform, followed by general, making me wonder who'd been using the San-Vel ops channel.
Despite the EB just to the W, the EB staggers for Derby looked dark at 0347, though the power indicator was bright. 2 was the covered-hopper count for the RVJ stub. That was also the time of brief D-3 garble. 1 later, a breaking D-2 answered NA-2, saying something about 0x11 and also calling him when they got to Nashua with their engine, so mebbe the 0x11 were left at North Chelmsford.
At 0351 came "264, take it ahead about 3," then "Hold on," and then "3-step." 5 later, there was 1st Dispatcher-side hash and then Yard-Channel hash, more Dispatcher-side hash coming at 0258. At 0359, 264 called out to D-3 on Channel 2 x2, no response or repetition getting to me.
0401 was when D-2 answered LA-2 and told them to take it off power. BY?
0403 was the start of a both-sides-garbled P&W Dispatcher/M427 (seven) exchange about 427 having talked with D-1 and going Barbers to Worcester, most of which -- including lineup -- was lost.
0415 was when D-1 answered M427, naught else being heard from him, unless it got lost in the 0419 CSX Boston Sub garble.
Whatever 264's issues mighta been, 0420 closed out with "264, drop the 3."
"A gray crossover is definitely not company transportation."
