I was saddened to read of Art's passing in the NY State forum. Art was a mod for this forum and a welcoming voice for this forum and many others. When a amateur radio operator passes, he is referred to as a "silent key", and now with regret we mark Art's key now being silent. Condolences to his family and many friends on this website!
