Around 0525/08-12-2015, D-3 gave SEPO with CSXT 3199 a Form D G-303 at Burncoat. Part of the D-3 side of the conversation was to ask the crew for the fuel readings, explaining a bit later that there had been earlier discrepancies of 500 to 1,000-gallons in what had been reported and that was the reason for requesting the fresh report. When SEPO gave the new reading, D-3 replied that there was a 600-gallon difference, not saying whether the new reading was above or below the earlier one.
