hahaha I had some time while changing ends waiting for a brake test and investigated the options on the computer

2002 and 4 Rotems came South from BET today, around 1:30p on a test train, ran out on the Worcester Mainline, did two roundtrips between CP28-CP33 this afternoon

Haha, just playing of course, but in all seriousness, i guess if you have one in front of you, why not poke around, you may find out how to do things on there that may help an engineer/another engineer (I dont know your position so im intentionally leaving it open there) troubleshoot a problem later.

An engineer would be more concerned with other things on there vs how much milage is on the unit . Not to mention you need a passcode to get to most of the good stuff on the computer screens.

Time for an update: Note the 2003 has resurfaced, leaving the 2000 & 2038 left
at the plant and Altoona might look like BET!

Yikes. We got 8 at the P@W, 17 in Altoona, and 4 in the middle. Well.. How are the other 11 doing?

Either in service or waiting for warranty work.

Now that the bugs have been figured out the ones in service seem to be working quite well. I was told that we are still a bit away from seeing a software update however they finally informed us on how to reset the faults. Now let's see how they respond to the cold weather.

2006 and 2007 only units in service Southside....and 2007 has had some hiccups today, 11/28, had to be shut down and restarted to clear the problems that she developed, led to delays on train 513 and 813

Is 2012 the first to be involved in a car collision?
