I don't think so. It looks like the video is taken under the Airy Street bridge. According to the Conrail Philadelphia Division ZTS map Volume 3, Zone 35, page 10, the matlack sidings were the two non-SEPTA sidings at Elm Street Station (now mostly covered in parking lot), and the short siding on the opposite side of Elm Street on the Stony Creek Branch. http://www.multimodalways.org/docs/rail ... 4-1994.pdf

Yeah; "just west of the Dekalb station".

Do any industrial sidings on SEPTA have remotely controlled derails or split rails that operate in conjunction to signals onto the main?
