Anything is better than riding a Neoplan!

The 15 becoming a reliable route remains to be seen. Right now the operators always leave the Richmond St loop late because they have "too much time" in the schedule, but for those of us trying to catch the El at Front Street it really makes problems.

I'm more worried about the trolley being able to keep time. Big concern is the intersection at Richmond & Allegheny. Why they didn't put a turning arrow for the cars turning left for I-95 is beyond me. That will be a problem as they trolley unlike the bus can't go around the cars!

Or a NABI for that matter.

I won't be in Philly the week they return, but when I get back I'll be sure to ride the refurbished PCC cars. I rode in a couple PCCs in San Francisco a few months ago and it brought back some memories I had of riding the 15 back in the late 1980s. No A/C, bare light bulbs, open windows.
