Is NYSW rebuilding these or something? Haven't seen them riding the rails for a while.

While in Utica this weekend I noticed there was a string of them in the yard...

I think the trucks were not suffecient for the cars. I think they were 70 ton not 100 ton. So therefore NYSW had to sideline them until they could be upgraded, and all of them are in Utica.
