On 12-20-2011 just after 0930 and again about an hour and a half later, an unfamiliar D-3 voice got on the air with AY-1 and AY-4. For the earlier exchange, it seemed like there might have been a familiar voice in the background doing some coaching. Anyone know if the TOM pool been expanded or if is this a night-sider making the transition to days?
