NEW SHORTLINE IN PA ?

I came across a RAIL SWAP listing from Aug 2006 of someone looking for locomotives in Pa.
The name of the railroad was to called: SUSQUEHANNA VALLEY RR Co. Inc.
Does anyone know if such a railroad is currently operating or plans to start up?

Needless to say, the website www.susquehannarail.com is a dead site, so it really isn't a a railroad. I wonder if Dick Robey is even aware of the copyright infringement?

I am locking this topic, if relevant information on a SVRR, unrelated to the Robey Group of Shortlines can be posted, then please do so, but until then, we will discuss STB regulated rail proceddings, not someone's home incorporated maintenance company.
