There's an interesting filing on the STB web site where a non-operating company that used to simply lease 3.5 miles of former Conrail/CSX track in Cedar Hill yard, has now filed to become a common carrier. I'm not sure I understand the transaction but is this a facility that CSX formerly switched that will now be switched by NHNRTT? Looks like only interchange will be with CSX (and therefore CSOR, I assume) and not P&W. Perhaps there will be no more CSX presence at Cedar Hill? I wonder if this was trackage that P&W was rumored to be obtaining?
