New Building at Crestwood Yard

Noticed a new 2-story structure at the south end of the R&N Crestwood Yard at the Gracedale Avenue crossing just of Route 437. I assume that it is a new yard office. The building has the look of a tower in that the 2nd story windows cover the front of the structure and wrap halfway around the sides. The exterior is nearly complete and just needs to have the siding finished.

Also nice to see strings of hoppers carrying anthracite in the yard (at least it looked like anthracite being all shiny and the like). Shades of CNJ past.
