In 2005 National Coal Company purchased a stretch of trackage from the NS. This stretch of railroad ran from Oneida to Devonia, TN. Anyone on railroad. net familiar with this area? Does National Coal provide their own crews or is this contracted out? Are the engineers required to be certified? Thanks in advance for any info.
