Of note to me; Every LIRR owned work locomotive except the NYA's PR20Bs are beyond their useful lifespan. In addition, an M9A procurement for the Metro-North is soft confirmed; NYCTA's non-powered work fleet is getting completely overhauled and C3s are likely going to outlast DE/DMs.
