MR Failure

A while ago someone sent me an e-mail with a link to a photo of a CSX unit which had experienced a catastrophic main reservoir failure - it blew up. The photo provided a pretty clear example of the damage that can be done - running boards all bent up, etc.

Unfortunately, when I dug the e-mail up recently the link no longer works. I'd like to send this to a fellow railroader per a safety discussion we were having. Does anyone have shots of that incident or something similar?
