Has Amtrak retired all of the MHC's and Express box cars since dropping mail service?

Some 1500-series MHCs may still be roaming around the NEC. A few ExpressTrak refrigerated boxcars are still around, for the time being.

I actually saw a few of those Express Trak box cars on an eastbound Amtrak train going towards Altoona on the Harrisburg line. That was the first time ive seen them along with the first time ive seen a Genesis unit in person.

I have seen MHC's subbing for heritage baggage on Train 66/67.

That seems to be fairly common. I've seen it myself a number of times. I think one would be able to find that same scenario on the Three Rivers as well at one time.
