It looks like retracking the main line has resumed for the spring. Riding as far as Strafford, I've seen little evidence of progress other than signs saying expect delays, but it seems like they're starting on track 3. Track 2 isn't finished yet; it's only as far as the Rockland Ave bridge between Narberth and Merion. Is Amtrak doing 3 before they come back and finish 2, or is the new track ending there for some reason?
