Madison Yards GCT

Gone now with the ESA project, when was the last time Madison Yards was used for any "active" operations, (not just random storage of MW equip)?

about 10 years ago I would say.

Any idea of when the lower level "loops" were last used? I know they've been OOS for a while now, and are more or less permanently OOS with the ESA project. Anyone know if the inner looped tracks are severed and bumper blocked now?

There's always talk about the active and rehabilitated upper loop, but little about the somewhat more complicated lower loop.

The inner loops at lower level were out of service for over 30 years, the main loop was taken out of service about 10 years ago when ESA was started.
The Madison Ave yard was used till day before ESA was started all its activity went to High Bridge yard
