Where was this on the South Buffalo? It doesn't seem to match up with the current single sand tower. Thanks.

That almost looks like the LV's Tifft Terminal area, looking toward the south-west.

That's at the SB facility at the mill in Lackawanna, taken from Fuhmann Blvd. Here's a shot of the 111 taken at the same place in February 1971 - note the brown building in both pics. Steam from the steel mill almost appears it's coming from the Alco, but it's not. :P
