I am guessing for the horrible month of April the OTP will be 95%

LOL They probably don't count a canceled train as delayed. And (chuckle!) I'd guess the same for United Airlines re: canceled flights. :wink:

OTP will take a hit as Amtrak does the rehab work on Penn station trackage and interlockings,all the RR's in Penn will take the hit.
Not just LIRR.
